We take great care to ensure our photography accurately represents each rug. All product images feature real rugs and are never computer-generated renderings. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your home.

Regular vacuuming without a rotating brush is all that's needed for everyday care. If a spill occurs, remove it immediately using a clean, absorbent cloth, gently blotting the area rather than rubbing the fibres.

To preserve the appearance and longevity of your rug, we recommend professional cleaning once a year.

The key is to act quickly. Blot any excess liquid with a clean cloth or paper towel, gently pressing the stain rather than rubbing it, as rubbing may force the stain deeper into the fibres.

For more stubborn stains, we recommend using a professional rug cleaning service. Be sure to let them know the pile material and that the rug has a latex backing.

No. Machine washing is not recommended and may permanently damage your rug. For more serious stains, we recommend professional cleaning. Always inform the cleaning company about the pile material and the latex backing.

Yes. Light shedding is a natural characteristic of handwoven wool rugs and gradually decreases with regular use. It does not affect the quality or durability of the rug and is generally unnoticeable in everyday home use when the rug is vacuumed once a week.

Yes, although we recommend using a lower suction setting and avoiding models with rotating brush rollers, which can be more abrasive on natural fibres.

Please note that manual vacuuming is considerably more effective for rugs with a dense or high pile.

In-stock rugs are typically delivered within 3–4 business days. Made-to-order rugs require approximately 6–7 weeks for production, followed by an additional standard 3–4 business days for delivery.

Rugs ranging from 50 × 150 cm to 200 × 300 cm are shipped via DPD. Larger rugs are delivered by FedEx or selected specialist freight couriers, depending on the destination and dimensions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier company containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Yes. Rugs in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. More information can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

Production typically takes around 6–7 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and the design is approved (if approval is required). Delivery usually takes an additional standard 3–4 business days.

Rugs produced to custom dimensions or bespoke designs cannot be returned. However, rugs made to order in our standard sizes and colourways may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
