For all EU clients we offer free shipping on all orders.

We ship out on stock rugs in 1-2 business days. The delivery to your destination in EU takes 1-2 bussiness days. On average you will get your order delivered between 3-4 business days from the moment you placed an order.

NOTE: Please remember if you buy on order rugs the production time is 5-7 weeks and the delivery time is not included in that timeframe.

You can return your order in 30 days from receiving the rug.

Return fees

• rugs up to 180cm x 240cm – 40€
• rugs between 180cm x 240cm, a 210cm x 300cm –  45€
• rugs above 210cm x 300cm –  50€

To make a return, please contact us and we will arrange shipping for you. Once the rug is returned and its condition is inspected, you will receive a refund to your account, minus the return shipping fees

Custom-made and personalized rugs are non-returnable (except in the event of a defective rug).

REMEMBER TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL RUG COVER FOR RETURN

After we ship out your order we will send you an email with the direct link to the tracking site with your order tracking number.

For rugs above that sizes we use different private transport companies.

In case of ordering custom/made to measure rug, there is no return option available. Returns are only possible if the order is faulty. Meaning; damaged rugs, colors or sizes are far off from what was promised.
