Wanting to meet the individual needs of our customers, we have created a simple way to order any of our rugs in customized dimensions. The calculator for custom-sized rugs is available with each rug.
Main options:

Min./Max. width: 50cm-300cm
The lead time is 6-8 weeks
NOTE: If your measurements significantly change the proportions of the rug, after placing your order you will receive a design propositions fitted to the size/proportions you ordered.

FAQ about customization
The cost of a custom-made rug is calculated on the product page, once you enter your dimensions. The price listed there includes all costs, including shipping, so you don’t have to worry about any additional fees later.
To order a plain rug made to measure in your own color, please contact us using the form below or call us and tell us what you need. We will send you poms with colors.
For custom-made carpets, based on patterns from the store and for plain custom-made carpets it is 6-8 weeks, for carpets over 3 m wide and for rugs, the lead time is calculated individually.
For custom rugs, you can modify:

Most of our rugs are woven from wool (Indo-New Zealand), with a cotton backing.
For more specific needs, we can use viscose, Tencel, or silk. Please contact us for a quote and more information.
– there are significant differences in the appearance and quality of the rug compared to what was agreed upon, e.g., a different color, wrong size, different material, or incorrect shape
For custom-made rugs purchased directly through the product page using the “enter your own size” option, payment is due in full upfront. For plain rugs and carpets, or other more personalized orders, rugs are ordered by a direct contact with us, and payment in two installments is possible at the beginning of the order and upon pickup of the rug/carpet.
For rugs ordered using the “choose your own size” option on the product page, the maximum size is 300cm x 500cm. The minimum size is 50cm x 150cm. If you require larger rugs or carpets, the maximum options are virtually limitless. Please contact us directly for a quote and estimated lead time.
